Forms needed for registration: In order to register a vehicle in New York State, you need the two forms below, and you need the 3 P's- Proof of Identity (eg: Drivers license), Proof of Insurance, and Proof of Ownership (Title to the vehicle).Without all three, you wont be able to register your car!
DTF-802- This form is required when registering a newly purchased vehicle. This is the Bill of Sale and must be signed by the seller of the vehicle and the new owner
